Before you email
Two common fixes.
The room is reconnecting
Check your connection, keep the page open briefly, then reload the room link in the same browser profile.
The room was not found
Confirm all eight characters with the moderator. If the room expired or was ended, a new room is required.
You are testing multiple people
Use separate browser profiles, different browsers, or a regular and private window so each person has independent browser storage.
